Terms & Conditions

Upon booking, you will pay a 10% deposit through our secure Stripe payment system. The remaining balance (90%) is due on the day of your tour and can be paid directly to your driver in cash (EUR) or by card.

All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted include all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards.

We understand that travel plans can change. That's why we offer completely free cancellation up to 5 days before your scheduled tour time. Simply contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp to cancel your booking.

For cancellations made less than 5 days before your tour, the 10% deposit is non-refundable to cover our operational costs. In case of severe weather conditions or force majeure events, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

Tour Duration & Itinerary

Tour durations are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or group preferences. Our drivers will always ensure you get the full value of your booked tour time.

Vehicle Assignment

Vehicle selection (Tesla Model Y or Van) is based on your group size. Groups of 1-4 passengers will travel in the Tesla Model Y, while groups of 5-8 passengers will use the Van. Both vehicles are premium, comfortable, and air-conditioned.

Pickup & Drop-off

Complimentary pickup and drop-off are included within Marseille and Aix-en-Provence city centers, major hotels, and the Marseille cruise port. Additional charges may apply for locations outside these areas (quoted upon request).

Exclusive Provence Tours is fully licensed and insured for passenger transportation. Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive commercial insurance, and all drivers hold valid professional licenses.

Guests participate in tours at their own risk. Exclusive Provence Tours cannot be held liable for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).

We welcome special requests and can customize itineraries to suit your interests. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, or specific preferences at the time of booking.

Tour modifications requested after booking may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes. We will always discuss any additional costs with you before implementing modifications.
