Booking and cancellation policies
- You pay a 10% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of the tour, in cash (EUR/USD) or by card.
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before your tour starts. Your deposit is refunded in full, within 3 to 5 business days.
- Less than 5 days before the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of severe weather or force majeure, we offer a full refund or a free reschedule.

Yes, pickup is included. We collect you at the address of your choice — your hotel, your rental, or directly at the Marseille cruise terminal — and bring you back there at the end of the day. Just give us your pickup point when you book and your driver-guide will be waiting for you.
Your itinerary is planned around your ship's departure time, so tell us your all-aboard time when you book. Because the tour is private, the schedule stays flexible all day and can be adjusted or shortened at any moment — that is how we make sure you get back to the terminal in good time.
No. Lunch and drinks are not included in the price, which leaves you free to choose. Your driver-guide knows the area well and will suggest options along the route, from a quick bite to a proper Provençal meal, and will build the break into the day.
Yes. The tour is private, so it is only your group and your driver-guide, and the pace adapts to families. The vehicle takes 1 to 8 passengers, and the itinerary can be rearranged or shortened on the day to suit younger travellers.
Yes, you never share the vehicle with other travellers. The price covers a professional driver-guide, an air-conditioned vehicle, WiFi onboard, bottled water, parking, fuel and full insurance. Paid entrance fees, meals and tips are not included.
This tour starts at €300 for the whole group, not per person, and lasts 3-4 hours. A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is settled on the day, by card or in cash — euros and US dollars are both accepted.
